Returns & Refunds Policy

At DR. PC, we want customers to receive products that match their
order and expectations. Please review the conditions below before
requesting a return or exchange.

Return Request Period

Customers must contact DR. PC and request a return or exchange
within 2 days after delivery.

Return requests made after this period may not be accepted, except
where mandatory consumer rights or an applicable product warranty
provide otherwise.

Eligible Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged when they are:

  • Unused and in new condition.
  • Unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals and included items.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact DR. PC within 2 days of delivery if a product arrives
defective, damaged or different from the product ordered.

DR. PC may inspect and test the product before approving a
replacement, exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products within the same
2-day request period. Exchanges are subject to product inspection
and stock availability.

When the replacement product has a different price, the customer
must pay the difference or will receive the applicable difference
after approval.

Return Method

Approved products must be returned in person to the DR. PC store
in Ballouneh. Customers must contact DR. PC before bringing the
product to the store.

Returns sent through a delivery company or courier will not be
accepted unless DR. PC has provided prior written approval.

Products That Cannot Normally Be Returned

  • Opened software or activated licences.
  • Custom-built or specially ordered computer systems.
  • Special-order products obtained specifically for a customer.
  • Consumable products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged through misuse, accident or improper handling.
  • Products with missing packaging, accessories or serial labels.

Services and Repairs

Completed repair, installation and technical-service fees are
generally non-refundable once the requested service has been
performed.

This does not limit any applicable service warranty provided by
DR. PC.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within
5 business days after DR. PC receives and
inspects the returned product.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may also
depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for
non-defective returns. Delivery-related costs may be refunded when
DR. PC supplied the wrong product or confirms that the product was
defective upon delivery.
