Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, condition, supplied parts and the service performed.

Last updated: July 2026

Product warranty

When a product page, invoice, receipt or written quotation states a specific warranty period, that stated period applies to the product.

Manufacturer warranties may also be subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions and service process.

Repair warranty

Repair-warranty coverage applies only to the diagnosed issue, replacement part or service clearly stated by DR. PC. Unrelated faults or a new failure may require a separate diagnosis.

Common exclusions

  • Accidental damage, impact or liquid damage.
  • Misuse, neglect, overheating caused by blocked ventilation or unsuitable operating conditions.
  • Unauthorised repair, modification or opening of the product.
  • Electrical damage, incorrect chargers or external power problems.
  • Software problems, viruses, data loss or faults unrelated to the covered product or repair.
  • Normal wear, consumables and cosmetic damage unless specifically covered.

Making a warranty claim

Contact DR. PC with your name, invoice or order details, product model, serial number when available and a clear explanation of the problem.

The product or device may require inspection and testing before a warranty solution is confirmed.

Available solutions

Depending on the diagnosis and applicable coverage, the available solution may include repair, replacement of the affected part, product replacement, store credit or another agreed remedy.
