Delivery coverage and cost

Delivery is available across Lebanon. The standard website delivery fee is $4 USD, unless a different amount is clearly shown and confirmed before the order is completed.

Website orders currently support cash on delivery.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within an estimated 24–48 hours. Depending on location, product availability, order-confirmation time and operating conditions, delivery may require up to 1–3 business days.

Order confirmation

Orders remain subject to product availability and confirmation by DR. PC. Our team may contact the customer to confirm the product, address, telephone number and suitable delivery arrangements.

Possible delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, traffic, weather, public holidays, product preparation, supplier delays or circumstances outside the reasonable control of DR. PC.

Receiving an order

Please inspect the package and confirm that the correct product was received. Report visible damage, a missing item or an incorrect product to DR. PC as soon as possible.
