By using this website, placing an order or requesting a repair, you agree to the following DR. PC terms and conditions.
Website and product information
DR. PC aims to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability and service information accurate. Information may be corrected when an error, stock change or technical issue is discovered.
Orders and payment
Orders remain subject to product availability, order verification and confirmation by DR. PC. An order may be declined or cancelled when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be delivered.
Website orders currently support cash on delivery unless another method is agreed directly with DR. PC.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Lebanon, normally within 24–48 hours and with an estimated maximum of 1–3 business days depending on location, availability and operating conditions.
Repairs, software and customer data
Repair timing and cost depend on diagnosis, device condition and parts availability. Customers are informed when additional work, replacement parts or a revised estimate is required.
Customers should back up important files before submitting a device. Software installation is subject to compatibility and valid licensing requirements.
Warranty and acceptable use
Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer, supplied parts and service performed. Coverage does not normally include accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or unrelated faults.
The website must not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with security, unauthorised access or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

DR. PC may update these terms when its business practices, services, policies or website functionality change. The most recent version will remain available on this page.
